Start with one desire you can name
Give the song a center. Instead of a list of everything you want to change, choose one scene from the life you are manifesting.
- Love: An ordinary morning together. His coffee beside yours. The relationship feels settled.
- Money: The invoice is paid. You close your laptop and book the trip you picked out.
- Home: The keys are yours. The afternoon light falls across the floor of your apartment.
- Career: You are doing the work you wanted, with people who value it. The offer is already on your desk.
These are prompts for creative visualization. Use your own details to make the song personal. A few details you recognize give the lyrics somewhere to live.
Write the prompt from inside the scene
A useful prompt names what happened, where you are, and the mood of the scene. Write as though you are already in it.
For example:
A song about coming home to our apartment together. His jacket is on the chair, dinner is almost ready, and I feel completely chosen. Make it warm and quietly confident.
Or:
The project is a success and the payment is in. I am walking home in the evening, proud of the work and excited about what I get to do next. Make it bright and celebratory.
You do not need to write polished lyrics first. Describe the desire clearly and let the song take shape around it. Leave out details you would not want to share with a content-generation service; names and exact addresses are rarely necessary to capture a scene.

Choose the format for the moment
A song gives your desire lyrics and a melody. An audio story tells a first-person scene. A subliminal places chosen affirmations beneath a soundscape. An affirmation card puts the words in front of you to read or say.
You can use the same desire across these formats. The apartment in your story can be the apartment in your song. The sentence in your affirmation can become the theme of the next track. You do not need a new goal every time you open the app.
Use a song while getting ready, walking, or taking a break. For bedtime, choose the listening format that suits you and use the app’s sleep timer. Repetition can be part of your practice without becoming a listening target you have to meet.
Keep the song personal
After listening, notice whether the words sound like your life. Is there a detail you recognize? Does the scene match what you meant? Use that judgment when writing your next prompt.
