How does the 14-day guarantee work?

Email hello@getvize.appwithin 14 calendar days of your first paid Vize purchase. Include the email used for your account and your receipt or order number.

Website purchases are refunded by us to the original payment method. App Store purchases must be processed by Apple throughReport a Problem; write to us and we’ll guide you through it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

For an App Store subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Vize → Cancel Subscription.

For a website purchase, use the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt or email us and we’ll take care of it.

My purchase isn’t showing. What should I do?

Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account or Vize email used for the purchase, then try Restore purchases in the app. If access still doesn’t appear, send us your receipt and account email.

How do I delete my account and data?

In Vize, open Account settings and choose Delete account. You can also email us from the address connected to your account and we’ll help with deletion.
